Now

Awaking this day with the intention to let Joy be my guide. If my thoughts make me feel sad, confused,judgmental or just not Cool I am choosing to change the thought. I noticed as I stayed in the present moment I was able to see & feel all the Joy surrounding me. There is great power in NOW and a sweet peace & grace. Watch your thoughts & action throughout your day if u get to far ahead in your thinking just ask yourself this question " Does this thought feel Joyful?"
If it doesn't DROP IT!
