My Wall

 "Walls" they surround us in our homes, work place, on the street wherever we go they are there. I saw some talented artist creating a mural on the back of a "wall" can we paint on someone else's "wall". If we do, does it change the "wall" or everyone that sees it?

Some "Walls" are beautifully decorated others are used for storage, some to share accomplishments, family photos, books and some "walls"are given no attention at all.  "Walls" surround us in our day to day living. Just like our invisible "walls" we put around our hearts. The walls between parents & children, friends,  lovers, spouse's and ourselves. All of these stories that keep us apart are nothing more than walls of separation. After all, our walls are telling our stories.

Stories we share about our life, things from our pass, future hopes or disappointments. They all tell a story some of the stories are very old and not working for our highest and best good but we shine the light on them and put them on display, each time we talk about them, we post our thoughts & recipes for success on our "Walls", and what about the "Walls" we avoid hoping that they will disappear or no one will notice them.

It's easy to look at a external wall and see when we need to make changes;  a new painting , remove a nail or slap on a new coat of  paint but our invisible "walls" that surround our hearts and carry our  life story; not so easy to know when we must  let go of the old and embrace a new way of being and living. There's a tendency to think that the outside will change in time leaving the inside the same. To continue to use the same thinking that built or decorated your "wall" is the cycle of repetitive nonsense that leads us into insanity or at least frustration and disillusionment.

Walls that keep us blocked in right and wrong are the hardest to bring down. "Walls" that we create around our heart prohibits us from living a higher quality of life and from stepping out into the great beyond. Next time you" feel" your "wall" look at the story it's telling, see if you can recognize your story and if you do is that story supporting you now or is it time to let it go, Be willing to use new tools to experience a different story.

If u find in this moment that your tried of living behind your "Wall" of pain, lack, overweight, angry, loneliness, whatever the story. Stop giving it your attention pick one new word, one new emotion, a new feeling to put on your "Wall" and milk it for all it's worth. Why not start telling what feels good to you, what makes you smile, the little things that are all around you everyday that bring you joy. We don't need a whale of a thing to share just joy of a thing, smile of a thing,  laugh of a thing just any little thing that takes your attention away from what's missing in your life. Let's go within ourselves to "Home Depot" and redecorate our "Walls" with Joy.

Clarity

On a clear day I can see forever. A great song and a wonderful reminder. When we see with clarity our Inner Eye is what we are seeing with. 

To look outside yourself for clarity is relying on circumstances and the almighty appearances. These things are temporal and subjective. 

Inner Clarity is freedom, confidence and security in oneself   The joy that fills your spirit is breathtaking no need to depend on a circumstance, an opinion or any external thing. This knowingness  guides you step by step. 

 It's okay if your family, friends, the world doesn't get it, it's not for them, this is your communication with your desires, dreams and possiblities. Clouds of confusion listening to the outside world thinking they know more about what's right for you than The Divine Presence that is you.

Remind yourself often that everything you need is within you and Everything is working out for you. On a clear day you can see forever and ever.

We Reboot our phones, computers, TV's and lots of electrical things. We Reboot them to start over to wipe out everything that's slowing down the operation, or whatever has frozen the operation from working properly. Reboot the system, is the answer then everything will work again. Sometimes you have to do a "Hard Reboot" when it's really out of sync. 

We too must learn to Reboot our system when we're out of sync with living our dreams & desires. Starting over the moment you realize or feel yourself out of alignment with your highest good. 

How do you Reboot? Well with our cell phones we turn them off, with ourselves we turn within to the silence, computers we unplug, with ourselves we unplug from the thoughts or situations we're involved in, TV's we turn them off, with ourselves we let go of the appearance. Waiting is not an option learning to Reboot in the moment has great reward and alleviates the pressure.

Reboot often throughout your day. Start over, begin again. Don't spend one minute more in a story or sistuation that has you out of sync or forzen. Gain a new perception about what's possible for you. Make a game out of it "Re-boo-ting -my - Mind"( in your best computer voice)    or well it's "Unplugging Time Again"

Complaining is not a Reboot it is the reason for "Re-boo-ting -my -Mind" or "It's Unplugging Time Again"

Find what works for you and Reboot into the ease and flow of divine creativity.

How Are You Today? (#Feeling)

A common phase used daily "How are you today?" or "How are things?" 

This is a loaded question filled with infinite possibilities of where your truly living in your everyday life. 

When asked this question do you find yourself thinking about what's not working in your life, or what you would like to do in your life or do you explain your struggles and how they need to be fixed or do you give the standard answer "I'm good" "things are OK" which sometimes means I don't know what's going on with me or let's not talk about it. This question is asking you "How do you Feel about your Life" This is a feeling place of your energy you are releasing to the world and most importantly a belief about what's possible and happening in your LIFE.

I recently was invited to a dinner party and had conversation with a sweet acquaintance who asked me the question "how are things" and I said " I'm Fabulous my Life is Good" she went on to share with me that it was hard to "read me" because she didn't know if I was being real with her or if I was just saying what sounds good. She felt as though I was being superficial not acknowledging the ups and downs in life saying " come on I like being positive too but things happen, do you just ignore the bad, the craziness?

I went on to say "Life is full of everything and I no longer see things in good or bad but opportunities to grow, expand my consciousness, live my greatness. Explore the ONENESS" that's operating in the Universe.  In those times of deep expansion I go within to gain understanding it is my practice to grow into the gift that is before me. And by practice I mean a daily conscious effort to shifting my thinking, speaking and feeling awareness of what's possible in this moment. I have a new way of living my life from the inside out which means nothing is more important than what I choose to think and feel about my life regardless of the appearance. This is no easy feat but I think it's worth the effort, I will choose the glasses I wear be it rose colored or appearance. I believe we are what we think and feel we are. 

What a gift this conversation was deepening my own understanding and yes another opportunity to practice living differently. Recognizing this age old pleasantry from a higher level of consciousness supporting my expansion. 

Be aware of your thinking and feeling process the next time someone ask you " How are you doing?" Take advantage of this moment to check in with your vibrational energy know whatever is happening is old news and what has yet to happen is in the future so what do you have in this precious moment. NOW which creates your tomorrow. Listen to your Inner Voice like a Cat on the prowl ready for All your opportunities to expand.

Stop Working So Hard

Have you ever watched someone working so hard that you are exhausted watching them or you feel bad for them. This game is all to familiar. "We shall overcome"

To hear someone's story of struggle or upheaval then the magical break through to success has taken us on the "conquer the world syndrome" that some of us have fallen in love with. 

Starting a new endeavor with the thought of overcoming the situation's  you've been told will be part of your journey even before you began is preparing for what you do not want "Struggle" Hollywood has made it glamorous and we're  wearing it as a badge of honor and strength.

This however is not the natural flow of the Universe. Nature grows with such ease we don't notice it, this planet is turning constantly and yet most of us never feel it or think about it

Let's stop the romance of Overcoming something in order to be great embrace ease & effortless-ness The simplicity of living is in this bibical quote:

Are you Connected? Is there a Power Source? Are you plugged in? have you ever found yourself puzzled and frustrated because of some apparatus your working with isn't working properly only to find out that you where not plugged into the electrical socket, the battery was dead or you had the wrong plug for that socket. Electricity is a beautiful thing, just like the flow of life it's happening all the time whether your plugged into your flow or not.

When we're not plugged into our Divine Universal Flow we feel frustrated, betrayed, bogged down. Blaming  the Universe, living the life of  victim-hood. The physical mind is busy doing so much that it becomes the hamster going round and round and yet our only job is to stay Connected no matter what.

Just as we have spent hours, days and weeks working with some apparatus only to find out that it is our application that is out of service and not the "thing itself". This is so with our Connection. Learning to trust what we cannot see is possible, we don't see electricity we experience it, most of us never ever know how electricity works outside of plugging a cord into a socket and fal la the magic happens.

Trusting the "how" to your Connection allows for balance in all areas of your life. You become interconnected to the flow of Infinite Possibilities. Simply said " your good". All the doubt, suffering and struggle comes from our misunderstanding of who we are.

The Universe is simple in it's application plug into your Connection and the flow of Love, Joy, New Ideas, Grace and Ease will surround you. This CONNECTION is here for EVERYONE, however you choose to Connect it's up to you just Plug in and Stay Connected

Endings and Beginnings

2Million Downloads Of Inspiration June 1st to  July 11th the campaign duration. As this date grew closer I felt sad and wasn't sure what was the next step. Realizing their can be no end to Inspiration. We must continue on this journey opening a way and a place for all to find tools of inspiration.

I'm not sure how many downloads we've had but the the reach was to reach around the globe and I think there's still more work to be done so I'm forging on with 2 million downloads of inspiration because I believe that it is important I believe that being inspired, having hope, having dreams and desires is very important to us raising higher in consciousness and when we give some time to it be five minutes, 15 minutes or a day just daydreaming about what is possible.  Life becomes magical

Medtation

The journey of meditation for me has been an ever growing process.  My first introduction to meditation I was told to let my mind go blank. Well as you can imagine my mind was busy with every possible thought.

It is wonderful to see meditation being practiced and talked about by all. Balanced emotional health is important for the expansion of mankind and learning to live a healthier, happier life.

Here are some of the more popular medtation:

Mindfulness also known as Vipassana this is one of my favorite  I love Vipassana sitting for 10days in silence, meditating 14-15 hours day. From the Buddhist Tradtion. Being present allowing your thoughts to flow free. 

Zazen Meditation also called Zen. A Buddhist tradition. One of the most popular meditation. A seated meditation 

Transcendental Meditation also call TM emerges from Vedanta Hinduism tradition. Sitting in a Lotus position, the use of a mantra. Focus on one word taking you into the deep.

Kundalini Meditation also from Vedanta.  Kundalini is the name for the raising steam of energy that exist within us

Meditation is finally getting the recognition as a wonderful tool for us to live life at a higher awareness of our greatness. You don't have to meditate for hours a day to experience all the joy, peace and healing  properties from meditation. Consistency is the name of the game daily practice shifts your brain waves and leads you on a path of enlightenment. Enjoy Meditating

The power of the Dream.  Dreams are beautiful, inspiring and precious. Everyone has at least one Dream. The face of someone inspired by their Dream is intoxicating there is a light that shines through them and you feel the energy pouring forth on to you like a waterfall.  This energy is so amazing you feel clarity, vibrancy  and infinite possibilities.

Some Dreams have inspired a country. Martin Luther King "I Have A Dream" some have inspired a family "Ford Motors" it doesn't matter what your Dream is. The most important thing is to believe in your Dreams. Especially when your Dream is bigger than you. These men where not concern with what others thought of their Dreams only with listening to the next step for them to take in their Dreams. My brother has a tattoo on his arm "Never Give Up" his reminder to himself and his family, hold on to your Dreams know matter where you are now, you can get to anywhere from here. 

 Some of our dreams become nightmares because we don't see the manifestation in the manner we would like it to be. If there are old dreams hanging in your closet take them out, shake them up, take a look at those Dreams.. No need to beat up on your Dreams or yourself. Marianne Williamson once said "If you want a miracle change your perception" Everyday things change, the Universe evolves; so too can your Dreams it may not be the Dream you had at 10/20/30/40/50/60/70/80/90/100 but somewhere in there is a new Dream waiting for you to feel it and see it.  Trust that everything is within you to create your Dream now.

Let this Dream be a  driving force to wake you up, hold you when your in doubt and guide you when you feel lost.

Did you enjoy playing the Game

My day was sweet, joyous and filled with synchronicity around every corner. I had moments of uncontrollable laughter and awe moments that took my breath away. 

Playful thoughts flooded my mind, reaching out to my family and friends sharing my appreciation of their presence in my life poured forth from me like a fountain. 

Everything was easy and effortless, Ccnscouisly aware; in a state of gratitude, my inner eye was open. Feeling that this could be my reality and also noticing from time to time their was negitive talking going on in my thoughts choosing to gentlely turn them away.

• Dance today wherever you are do a little dance, move your body, snap your fingers and if you feel it invite someone to join U. Dance in your chair, dance while walking down the street, Dance while driving or riding. Just Dance a Dance today

Trusting your Intuition

How many times do you listen to your Intuition; a thought or urge to do something to call someone, make a turn here, don't go in there and you disregarded the guidance only to find out that the thing you had ask'd for was there available for you or you where in the wrong place at the wrong time. 

The dictionary's meaning of Intuition: direct perception of truth, fact, etc., independent of any reasoning process; immediate apprehension. A keen and quick insight. 

When following your intuition you are not influenced or controlled by others, their opinion nor conduct matters to your decision. We are born with this eternal knowing, yet there are many times we don't trust it, use it or rely on it. In mankind's quest of wanting to solve all mysteries of the Universe we have trampled over or made light of the UN explainable mysteries of this Planet . We just have to be alright with not knowing how everything works letting go of the logical answer. As consciousness is shifting to higher levels of awareness the understanding of not knowing is shifting from a state of ignorance into a state of Inner Awareness and All Knowingness 

I have learned that it doesn't matter how long we have practiced not listening as soon as we decide to listen, the Voice is there.  Take time to listen to the inner Voice, feel that urge that's calling you. Quiet your surroundings, your mind and thoughts so that you can hear what's being said to you. Just as we trust our animals intuition we must now trust again in ourselves. Spirit is always calling and speaking

My Body Is my Temple

I want to say Thank You to my amazing Body Temple for all that it does for me each and everyday. You are absolutely incredible. I may not say it enough but I appreciate your attention to me and your living loving support in all I do. Mine, yours, our wonderful bodies that carry, maintain and  provide for us daily. Our physical temple is a loving gift that takes us through this life journey.

 I met a sweet spirit today name Cher, she expressed to me that she had just completed a 10 mile walk/run that is preparing her for a marathon. Cher went on to say that reaching this 10 mile point was an exhilarating milestone in her training and inspiring for all that know her. Our bodies are here for us to use, to play, to go beyond what we know is possible and into the infinite, it reminds me of this fun quote "Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in one pretty and well preserved piece, but to slide across the finish line broadside, thoroughly used up, worn out, leaking oil, and shouting What a Ride" 

The support that we receive daily from our bodies is mind blowing, when you think about it; but that's the beauty we don't have to think about it. Our bodies just work, it functions when we take care of it, when we abuse it and when we neglect it. Here are a few interesting facts about our bodies. Did you know that the Nose can remember 50,000 different scents or the strongest muscle in the human body is the Tongue I love this one, .the Heart pumps blood to itself  first before it pumps blood to the rest of the body. A Baby is born every second. We have come here equipped with everything we need, each body has what it needs for it's journey.  In the past different body types have been labeled as good body, cripple body, afflicted body or bad body  but how about appreciating the magnificence that is every "Body".

This Divine Universe wouldn't be the same experience without a body and I think I may travel to that Universe beyond where I won't use a body but for right now. I need, require my body so I'm going to enjoy it, use it, take care of it and love it. Because it is always Loving ME

Relationships

All of the relationships that we have are gifts for our expansion. Some we enjoy the journey with and couldn't image them not being there others we wish there was less time spent together. It doesn't matter if it's family, friends, co-workers, creative partnership, business partners, spiritual guide. Take a look at how this relationship adds too or takes away from your life. According to you. There laying in your reasoning of why this relationship is great or troublesome is the gift.

Many times we give all of our power away in relationships and then blame the person for their disregard of our personal feelings and needs. The old saying "you don't get to pick your family; but I do get to pick my friends", just doesn't work any more as time and space are expanding, so too is our understanding of our connection.

If you believe that life is a journey then every relationship is an opportunity to grow or at least see things from a different perspective then it is with an eager heart that you examine your motives, and thoughts. There have been some relationships in my life that I was not ready for the teacher.  I had great reasons for not participating only later to find out as I have grown not only did I welcome my new awareness but my life was changed for the better.

Take time to honor your relationship with yourself, family, friends, co-workers, pets all of your relationships in your life today. Each one is here for your Good, your Good is your GOD and a Greater Expression of Living. Our pets constantly teach us the power of unconditional love, never seeking to change us or make us wrong or right  but it is the Love that is given that made me see the possibility of change in myself.
