Trusting your Intuition

How many times do you listen to your Intuition; a thought or urge to do something to call someone, make a turn here, don't go in there and you disregarded the guidance only to find out that the thing you had ask'd for was there available for you or you where in the wrong place at the wrong time. 

The dictionary's meaning of Intuition: direct perception of truth, fact, etc., independent of any reasoning process; immediate apprehension. A keen and quick insight. 

When following your intuition you are not influenced or controlled by others, their opinion nor conduct matters to your decision. We are born with this eternal knowing, yet there are many times we don't trust it, use it or rely on it. In mankind's quest of wanting to solve all mysteries of the Universe we have trampled over or made light of the UN explainable mysteries of this Planet . We just have to be alright with not knowing how everything works letting go of the logical answer. As consciousness is shifting to higher levels of awareness the understanding of not knowing is shifting from a state of ignorance into a state of Inner Awareness and All Knowingness 

I have learned that it doesn't matter how long we have practiced not listening as soon as we decide to listen, the Voice is there.  Take time to listen to the inner Voice, feel that urge that's calling you. Quiet your surroundings, your mind and thoughts so that you can hear what's being said to you. Just as we trust our animals intuition we must now trust again in ourselves. Spirit is always calling and speaking

My Body Is my Temple

I want to say Thank You to my amazing Body Temple for all that it does for me each and everyday. You are absolutely incredible. I may not say it enough but I appreciate your attention to me and your living loving support in all I do. Mine, yours, our wonderful bodies that carry, maintain and  provide for us daily. Our physical temple is a loving gift that takes us through this life journey.

 I met a sweet spirit today name Cher, she expressed to me that she had just completed a 10 mile walk/run that is preparing her for a marathon. Cher went on to say that reaching this 10 mile point was an exhilarating milestone in her training and inspiring for all that know her. Our bodies are here for us to use, to play, to go beyond what we know is possible and into the infinite, it reminds me of this fun quote "Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in one pretty and well preserved piece, but to slide across the finish line broadside, thoroughly used up, worn out, leaking oil, and shouting What a Ride" 

The support that we receive daily from our bodies is mind blowing, when you think about it; but that's the beauty we don't have to think about it. Our bodies just work, it functions when we take care of it, when we abuse it and when we neglect it. Here are a few interesting facts about our bodies. Did you know that the Nose can remember 50,000 different scents or the strongest muscle in the human body is the Tongue I love this one, .the Heart pumps blood to itself  first before it pumps blood to the rest of the body. A Baby is born every second. We have come here equipped with everything we need, each body has what it needs for it's journey.  In the past different body types have been labeled as good body, cripple body, afflicted body or bad body  but how about appreciating the magnificence that is every "Body".

This Divine Universe wouldn't be the same experience without a body and I think I may travel to that Universe beyond where I won't use a body but for right now. I need, require my body so I'm going to enjoy it, use it, take care of it and love it. Because it is always Loving ME

Relationships

All of the relationships that we have are gifts for our expansion. Some we enjoy the journey with and couldn't image them not being there others we wish there was less time spent together. It doesn't matter if it's family, friends, co-workers, creative partnership, business partners, spiritual guide. Take a look at how this relationship adds too or takes away from your life. According to you. There laying in your reasoning of why this relationship is great or troublesome is the gift.

Many times we give all of our power away in relationships and then blame the person for their disregard of our personal feelings and needs. The old saying "you don't get to pick your family; but I do get to pick my friends", just doesn't work any more as time and space are expanding, so too is our understanding of our connection.

If you believe that life is a journey then every relationship is an opportunity to grow or at least see things from a different perspective then it is with an eager heart that you examine your motives, and thoughts. There have been some relationships in my life that I was not ready for the teacher.  I had great reasons for not participating only later to find out as I have grown not only did I welcome my new awareness but my life was changed for the better.

Take time to honor your relationship with yourself, family, friends, co-workers, pets all of your relationships in your life today. Each one is here for your Good, your Good is your GOD and a Greater Expression of Living. Our pets constantly teach us the power of unconditional love, never seeking to change us or make us wrong or right  but it is the Love that is given that made me see the possibility of change in myself.

What dueling thoughts are u entertaining❓

What am I afraid of❓as I heard 

myself ask this question of myself I felt this inner wisdom whispering too me"What is there to be afraid of" recalling a lady in the gum early today saying to me "wow that machine is really hard keep it up" and for a spilt moment thinking too myself " she's right, this is really hard" then laughing because it's that kind of thinking that can create struggle instead of adventure, a mountain to climb instead of the ease of ocean waves flowing onto shore. I also remember being proud of conquering the struggle, that I can do anything attitude all of this flooded my mind from this comment and being aware that I know more now, that I will not hold thoughts that go against what I am wanting to do or feel. I smiled at her giving her the thumbs up and saying to myself "I am enjoying my expression of my greatness as I workout  " 

I wasn't tricking myself or making a positive statement to motivate myself  I recognized that I no longer wanted to participate in thoughts or feelings that where the opposite of what I am doing. I mean why workout if your going to think that it's "HARD" for you to do, why do anything that your thoughts & feelings aren't in alignment with and since we all have in the pass done something similarly rather the statement is this  is Hard, Not Enough, Lonely, No Time whatever the thought may be let me ask you this question " how long did you continue to do whatever it was that you where doing❓ Simply stated " working out feels good to my body" any other story that doesn't support that I let go of. Where are u being afraid in your life and not in alignment with what you do want❓Are your thoughts & feelings going against yourself ❓

Decide today that I am living in the flow of how I feel and it's important that I feel good in all I am doing

It's not Done Yet

For anyone who has every cooked a meal you know that patience is required. Great Chef's not only have patience they also have great  joy in  preparing a delicious meal. Prepping is just as important as cooking the meal. You want to make sure you have all the ingredients your going to need, seasonings, utensil and time.The excitement grows as you ponder the delight your meal will bring to you and others.

The same process takes place as you are living your dreams, planting your seeds of desire. To often we will look to soon for an outcome, we're midway through the journey and our patience grows thin or we don't like what we see and then we speak what we don't want remember "It's not done yet" Don't let your eyes fool you or your wanting temp you away from your dreams. Just say "It's not done yet" and keep moving forward in joy.

Doubt will deflate a souffle just as it will stomp on your dreams and desires. There's no room for doubt in the kitchen and there's no room for doubt in your thinking. The time spent on wondering if it will happen, when it will happen and of course How it will happen, is valuable time spent wondering in a field of distraction. When doubt pop's up remind yourself and anyone else who wants to point out the opposite "It's Not Done Yet" now get out of my kitchen.

Yesterday Ended Last Night

What a blessings to awake everyday to a new beginning. A fresh start. With the dawn of the day brings with it new opportunities and new possibilities. How often do we truly recognize the gift of a new day? Everything we see has changed from one day to the next. The Universe is so balanced and perfect in it's creation, we forget that the night ends the day and the sun begins a new.

Birds flying high, butterflies all having fun nature shows us how to enjoy each day how to play in the moment and let the old fall away. We have all had thoughts of a new start, new beginning,  if I could have a second chance at life I would do it differently as kids playing  we would say "A do over"  we just started the game over or sometimes we created a new game. Our focus was on having fun.

Florence Scovel Shinn author of "The Game of Life and how you play it" a great book of tools and a great title. How are you playing each day? are you afraid and playing scarcity, are you playing hurt and a victim, are you serious and contemplating your every move, are judging how others are playing, are you a thrill seeker exploring new adventures, are you fully engage giving your all. Whatever game your playing or if your playing a number of games it doesn't matter if the game is not fun any more simple Yell Out "Clean Slate" because each sun rise brings with it a New Dawn.

#Blue

Blue is a pretty color & it looks great on a lot of different things ie; clothes, cars, jewelry but what do u do when you feel a little blue?, when your body, mind and spirit are not lining up with joy, peace or well being. 

Gifts come to us in so many different ways and feeling blue or not feeling good is a gift as well. Something new is trying to express through you. A new idea, new perception. Something is birthing through. I would like to say that this is always exciting but sometimes we just want it to go away. 

Pushing it away however is not surrendering to the higher good that is there to unfold for you. I image myself to be a seed shedding away the old skin raising into the light. Practice, Practice, Practice is what I must do to rise in consciousness each time gaining more confidence in myself and my Practice.

So what do I Practice?  Shifting my thought, I read, workout, go for a walk watch a movie that makes me laugh anything that helps me see the light, love and beauty right where I am. When this shift is made I feel better, the problem is still there but I can see much more than the problem. I let it go and let the Universe do it's thing. As Abraham Hicks has said"nothing is more important than feeling good, that's all you got!"

New awareness comes,  the speed of that awareness depends totally on my ability to let go. Somethings I let go of quickly and others I like to wrestle with over and over again for a while😜 

Blue is a pretty color and many wonderful gifts have come from feeling BLUE

#The Wall

The other day I had the pleasure of going rock climbing. Indoor rock climbing what a great idea. You have the experience without the danger of climbing 'rock' in nature & it's a great way to practice your skills. 

Before we could start climbing there where guidelines, rules & waivers we had to sign. All of this information was put in place to ensure a successful experience. So it got me to thinking, for every circumstance or situation that accurs in our life we have Consciousness , Law and a Covenant. The Invisible Presence always available making sure our Life experience is enjoyable & expanding. 

You start on the beginners rock, explaining to you how to climb, where to place your hands, how to use your knees. The instructor explains to u their way of doing things and suggest how they would do it.  In life we start off with everything within us, all the wisdom, power, knowing and love. No matter if you know IT,  use IT, or not; the beautiful things is IT never leaves, IT never lessen & makes no difference how we use IT.

Now your ready for your Climb one of the things I noticed immediately, the Wall, the Rock would not move, change, or bend to accommodate you. No matter how much you pushed or struggled the rock remained the same. Hummm flashes of struggle flooded my mind times in my life where my focus was completely on the problem, the problem, the problem which only made "the problem" bigger. I laughed out loud realizing how crazzzzy it is to battle the wall, the rock, the problem.

Whatever your'Wall' your 'Rock' is know that there is always an ANSWER available for you.. The Universe is willing & giving to you. Say Yes to your good👍

#Taking a Walk

One of the things I loved about being a pet owner was going for a walk but at first I was; hurry up, pulling, agitated what are you doing; get it done already "kind of dog walker" my little dog soon taught me the joy of relaxing, because after all this was his time to enjoy him self.

Walking through the neighborhood it allowed me to speak to my neighbors and chat with them about whatever was on their minds, to listen to the birds singing or just watching nature do it's thing. Sometimes Spike (my dog) and I would just sit on the side of the curb and breathe. He enjoyed watching everything and smelling everything, I mean everything, during this time my mind would slow, slow, slow down to see things in the Universe I couldn't before. Smallest of insect's, ants building their home, smelling the bouquet of flowers and most importantly "NOW" had my full attention.

Something very sweet about being in the presence of NOW. A peace that fills your spirit and joy that dances through your soul. In  these moments,  answers flow, pure clarity is available and well being abounds. These feelings came rushing in today as I took my friends dog for a walk, reminding me that "NOW" is all we got and staying in the 'NOW' moment is  more powerful than leaning on the pass or searching through the future. I invite you to take a walk in the valley of 'NOW' and watch your day unfold with Joy, Clarity and Peace

The old phrase: I'm sick and tried of being sick and tried. A reporter once asked #Serena Williams "what was the difference in this match, why did you win?" she replied " I got tried of loosing" the time comes when we decide to change our circumstance, friends, our lives. In these moments we are usually unhappy with what's going on or frustrated with the outcome. There is a great phase that #Dr.Michael Beckwith would use "you are either pulled by the vision or pushed by the pain". Change is constant and the natural flow of the Universe.

In making the choice to expand your life there is some momentum of the old way of living that you must just ride out and not let the appearance of that distract you or hold you hostage. The energy  around you is shifting, we can't see it but it's happening. Our action is not with doing something to change the outside appearances but to go as the caterpillar and go within while the change is taking place trusting the feelings and new awareness  that is permeating in your soul. The excitement that you feel is real and requires attention In the Upper Room.

Which is giving us a guide to staying the course for the change that is taking place in our lives.  We must close the door to the outside world, turning away from the human condition and sitting at the feet of Spirit, resting in divine grace & power. Whatever new ideas are brewing inside of you Stay the Course trust in the Vision and quite your Mind so that you may hear the next step for you. Let your passion be your light, allow your wings to fly and blossom into greatness, stay in your Upper Room!

#Honoring A Life

This morning I had the pleasure of watching the "Home Coming" of Dr. Maya Angelou on the OWN network. There was such joyous energy that I found myself smiling as we all said "Thank you to a Life well Lived" I felt a charge to live bigger, dream more and go beyond what I could see. Dr. Angelou lived this everyday. This is what she leaves for us to continue on with to expand our vision of what our lives can be. To live in the Possibilities to soar into the infinite and to leap amongest  the stars.

The "Home Coming" had the joy that I remembered as a child before I was told you don't smile at funerals this is a sad time but for me it was never goodbye just  I'll see you later. As we all awaken to the greater expression of releasing the physical, recognizing the "Spirit" is continuing on it's journey our hearts will be open to celebrating, praising and honoring the gift of this life that has touch ours. Absolutely the person will be missed as you miss a friend you haven't seen in a while but the knowing that you can always feel them in your heart space is pleasing and peaceful.

I celebrate this amazing life as I celebrate the life of my mother and other love ones that are continuing on their journey. Dr. Maya Angelou for living a Remarkable Life for all of us to see, feel and grow. Thank You

The wind is this invisible presence 

wrapping all around us.  The high winds in the desert delight my spirit with joy. It's liike the doggies that stick their heads out of a car window as it's driving down the street just  because it feels so good & it's fun

Nature is constantly saying to us relax & play. Birds fly around dipping, soaring, gliding in the moment. We can become like children playful in this Now moment with no attachments or thoughts for the future.

Today is a time of appreciation of self and understanding your value, honoring your worth. This has nothing to do with things for they are temporal and separate us from the self. Take a long look at your self in the mirror recognizing the beauty of you. You are a Divine Creation a Unique Individual.

How easy it is to give appreciation to others and sometimes we go days, weeks, months and yes Years without appreciating ourselves. 

  How sweet is it to thank your heart for it's selfless love, for each breath that flows constantly and consistently always available to you. Your body that is supporting you right now know matter what the condition, it is loving you. Will you love it back? or continue to take it for granted.

Divine opportunity is here right now. Decide today that you will recognize that this world would not be the same without you, your presence is of value. It does not matter what you do, where you live, what you drive, your relationships, who your parents are or who your children are. YOU ; Divine Self  You are important to the expansion of this Universe. We are all gifts, treasures beyond measure. #Inspired Life

 I had the joy of working as an inspector for the June 3rd election yesterday. This was something that my mom and I did together so when the County Registrar office called me a few months ago to participate I felt it was my mama saying "Hey Baby".

 As time grow closer all the things the county was requesting of me and the time frame to do it in, I decide I would back out. To my surprise everything I thought was my way out; for this sweet lady at the County Registrar's office it was her way to a solution. I laughed and said "OK you got me".

 As inspector you are the leader and go to person for any and all things needed. You have 3-4 clerks that work with you at the polling place, setting up, breaking down and assisting voters throughout the day. It is wonderful to see people come together to celebrate this great country and the Democrat way.  

One of my clerks Nick (let's call him that) starting this conversation "why do landlords keep raising your rent, because they want to kick you out, people just want to keep you down. You can't get ahead no matter what" 2 of the other clerks where quick to the Amen brother you got that right!! Nick turning to me for confirmation I smiled and said "I choose to live from a different place in my thoughts" I saw Nick's eyes light up and say "What are you talking about we don't have a choice, they have all the power" he went on to say " we are poor, you are poor all of us here are poor and poor people don't have a choice" I took a deep breath and I loving said "Nick, I'm not poor and my life is not controlled by "they" how great it is to know  that we both are Right in our own thinking about ourselves.  I respect your view of your life I can only speak on my life and you can only speak on yours. He stood up and said " I know your poor look at your car" I let out a loud laugh, it gave everyone the freedom to laugh and breath as Nick continued on his rampage. I realized in that moment that he was my gift, there was no way for him to hear me but I certainly could hear his pain. I began to send loving light his way and most importantly I saw his True Self, the Divine Self, the Infinite Self that is always there ready and available.

Inspiration is all around us and it comes from joy just as much as it comes from pain I felt grateful for this encounter, feeling nothing but love and joy flowing through me. Having no attachment to anything that was said instead Inspired by the opportunity to know Spirit, no matter what.

In the mist of pain their is joy. The Presence is always with us in every moment which means to me that inspiration is only a thought away, a feeling to tap into, an awareness of how great we truly are. Thank you Nick for inspiring me to look beyond, see beyond and to hear beyond the appearance.

A wise little girl said "when I dance it makes my Heart Happy" out of the mouths of children. When we are involved with something that we like or love our entire body is benefiting from this sweet energy. Time floats, idea's fly and there is a childlike peace that fills our spirit. Today let us join in the energy of Happiness sharing this beautiful gift with all we meet this day. Whatever makes you "Happy" take the time to breathe it in and play.
