Medtation





The journey of meditation for me has been an ever growing process.  My first introduction to meditation I was told to let my mind go blank. Well as you can imagine my mind was busy with every possible thought.

It is wonderful to see meditation being practiced and talked about by all. Balanced emotional health is important for the expansion of mankind and learning to live a healthier, happier life.

Here are some of the more popular medtation:
Mindfulness also known as Vipassana this is one of my favorite  I love Vipassana sitting for 10days in silence, meditating 14-15 hours day. From the Buddhist Tradtion. Being present allowing your thoughts to flow free. 

Zazen Meditation also called Zen. A Buddhist tradition. One of the most popular meditation. A seated meditation 

Transcendental Meditation also call TM emerges from Vedanta Hinduism tradition. Sitting in a Lotus position, the use of a mantra. Focus on one word taking you into the deep.

Kundalini Meditation also from Vedanta.  Kundalini is the name for the raising steam of energy that exist within us

Meditation is finally getting the recognition as a wonderful tool for us to live life at a higher awareness of our greatness. You don't have to meditate for hours a day to experience all the joy, peace and healing  properties from meditation. Consistency is the name of the game daily practice shifts your brain waves and leads you on a path of enlightenment. Enjoy Meditating
