Here's how we play: Your thoughts are ruler of your kingdom, your words set it in motion and how you feel is the ultimate goal of Freedom. 

• Today every person you touch with your hands or with a hug send them a silent blessing; Well being is yours, joy is flowing through your life, peace fills your heart, abundance is flowing in every are of your life, creativity expresses freely in you, you are loved. These are just some suggestion, whatever you want to bless them with is your gift to them.

• Call someone and tell them how wonderful, amazing and  fabulous they are or text them. Just let them know the world would not be the same without them and the gifts they give.

• At every red stop light sing one of your favorite songs out loud. Sing freely and joyously just let it rip. Every car that's around you send them a blessing in song. 

• Take time today to laugh, look for things that make you laugh, read a funny story and share it with the people around you, tell a friend a joke or a stranger. Set your intention to laugh several times today

• Take a walk with a friend and smell the roses, watch the birds see nature all around you. Slow time down and be present to the moment. 

• Imagine your self running on the beach, playing in the sand, eating the most delicious meal you have every eaten, dancing til dawn. Use your imagination on purpose today.

• Dance today wherever you are do a little dance, move your body, snap your fingers and if you feel it invite someone to join U. Dance in your chair, dance while walking down the street, Dance while driving or riding. Just Dance a Dance today
