The Webster definition of Appreciation: gratitude, thankful recognition. The act of estimating the qualities of things and giving them their proper value. 

Today is a time of appreciation of self and understanding your value, honoring your worth. This has nothing to do with things for they are temporal and separate us from the self.   How sweet is it to thank your heart for it's selfless love, for each breath that flows constantly and consistently always available to you. Your body that is supporting you right now know matter what the condition, it is loving you. Will you love it back? or continue to take it for granted.
